"My journey into the world of fitness started 13+ years ago, mainly due to the superficial desire to get an impressive physics, a reason quite commonplace. Because nature did not bless me genetically, I went through all the (wrong) stages of such a process - I started fat, then skinny fat and other variations in between.
The lack of results motivated me to learn and experiment what fitness, training, and nutrition is about. This obsession to know more led me to read hundreds of books, countless articles and made me follow and try to keep up with internationally recognized mentors and coaches.
Over time, noting the lack of information and even misinformation about this topic in Romania, I’ve decided to create the Body Harmony Program. My goal is to help as many people as possible to regain control of their own body and their own lives implicitly."
